Educated in Germany, Hungary, UK and the US, Gergely began his career at Deutsche Telekom in Germany and later worked as a research analyst in the US. Upon his return to Europe he got involved in the real estate industry and was directly responsible for the market entry strategy of a 300 million Euro golf & spa resort.
Following that, he was appointed as Business Development Executive at First American Financial Corporation covering Austria, Hungary and Germany. Gergely also founded KHG International Real Estate Ltd., a boutique consulting and project management firm in Hungary, where he has worked predominantly with Scandinavian investors. After graduating from Cass Business School he worked in the Capital Markets Department of Auction.com and later at Lone Star’s Hudson Advisor in London. He is currently a Senior Associate at Europa Capital. Gergely is fluent in English, German and Hungarian. He holds a BSc in Engineering Management from the University of Applied Sciences at Wilhelmshaven (Germany), an M.B.A. from Medaille College (Buffalo, NY) and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School (London, U.K.). Gergely is a founder of the Cass Real Estate Club and is currently a member of its Board of Directors.
Before starting his Masters at Cass Business School, Stephen previously worked within corporate finance in London, firstly with Investec Investment Banking followed by Hawkpoint Partners. He worked predominantly on mid-market disposals and some public fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange.
Clients often included within their portfolios, significant commercial real estate assets. These experiences led Stephen to pursue a career in commercial real estate investment. Stephen graduated with an MSc in Real Estate at Cass Business School in 2012 where he was the Co-Chairman of the Real Estate Club. He also headed up the corporate fundraising and sponsorship side and co-chaired the full-day Cass Real Estate Conference in May 2012. Stephen currently works as an Investment Manager at M&G Real Estate focusing on UK acquisitions and disposals of predominantly industrial and some office assets on behalf of M&G’s funds.
Rishil joined JLL in London straight after Cass Business School and currently works as part of the wider UK Capital Markets team in real estate finance.
During his time at Cass, Rishil was on the Real Estate Club committee and co-chaired the 5th annual real estate club conference in London.
Prior to studying his Masters in Real Estate at Cass, Rishil studied and worked as an architect in South Africa and Kenya.
Nonso is a Senior Portfolio Analyst at LFF Real Estate Partners. Based in the firm’s London office, he is instrumental in the investment management cycle for the firms Pan-European funds and separate accounts – this includes the underwriting and due diligence of real estate investments and disposals, investor reporting and asset management.
Prior to this, Nonso was a Management Consultant at Atos Consulting where he delivered improved corporate strategy, performance growth and finance optimisation consultancy services for UK clients spanning the spectrum of sectors. Nonso graduated from the MSc Real Estate programme at Cass Business School in 2014. He served as Co-Chairman of The Cass Real Estate Club whilst at Cass. Nonso also holds an MSc in Finance & Management and a BSc in Economics both from Loughborough University, UK.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Tim Schabsky for his hard work to help establish the Cass REC as a leading real estate club in the UK. In addition Tim has been directly responsible for the record breaking conference in 2013 generating 17 000 GBP for our scholarship fund and has been involved in drafting our corporate governance. Tim finished his MSc. in Real Estate with distinction and was selected as the overall winning student from the RICS accredited courses at the City University (Cass Business School) for his outstanding work. He recently set up his own property company – Work Inn – (www.workinn.de) which is focused on providing flexible office space for small and medium-sized companies in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The Cass Real Estate Club wish Tim continued success in all his endeavors.
