Description

Like all asset classes, real estate is driven by information, nowadays much of it provided by specialist, highly influential global businesses with clients across the real estate industy. You will get to hear senior people from four of them:

They will each give a 15 minute presentation covering the business model, the services they provide, the careers they offer, and the most exciting things they have to say about the current market.

Why are you interested? You’ll be seeing the reports for years to come.
If you’re thinking of starting out in research – if you’re not, you should – you can take it as a Careers event: these businesses sit at the cross-roads of the industry, a great place to build profile, and move up in research or out into fund management. So you’ll find alumni of these firms now hold high level roles in other businesses. If you’re interested in business and entrepreurship, these are firms which these days we’d call PropTech, which started small then got big, and suggest the opportunties that still exist for imaginative start-ups. And you get free drinks!
